Maestro HR system

Our HR-Maestro is designed carefully to fulfill the needs of human resources in NGOs. It was built using the most recent technologies to ensure to deliver reliable and accurate automated services to our clients. Our HR-Maestro consist of the following modules:

This module is essential to manage the staff information like (first name, last name, date of birth, etc.),
moreover, it handles the job history information for the employees where it stores the
position/salary/allocation information which will be used later in salary calculation. This module is divided as
the following:
 Organization chart: it is an administrative tree from top to bottom
 Employee hierarchy: According to the structure, the employee becomes administratively subordinate to the
upper manager.
 Employee Profile: This section contains employee`s information: name, surname, date of the work, annual
evaluation, academic qualification, position tracker, contract, change of status, etc.

This module is allowed employees to request leaves as per the defined policy in the HR department,
moreover, it calculates the current/ remaining leaves balance for all staff.
The employee can request vacation from this system and when his/her manager accepts, the leaves will by  reduce according to the type. In addition, the employee can extract report to check his/her leaves and print his/her Timesheet

are essential in HRMS, first of all, all users need to be authenticated using a username and a password.
Permissions are defined by roles where the application administrator could assign the users to the existing roles (Admin, HR officer, HR assistant, Finance Officer, Employee

This Module is divided into
a- Payroll: According to HR & Finance requirements, payroll template was designed and developed to show all the necessary salary’s information. This template is dynamic and flexible enough to respond to
the new changes in the requirements. Moreover, it shows important information for allocations, for instance, it shows total/subtotal/ running total for the allocations. In addition, there is a remarks section
in case the HR officer need to add any notes for finance.
b- Payslips module is especially useful for the finance department, where Finance Officer could generate all payslips for all employees by department.

This module will allow managing all events in the organization (vacations, appointments, meetings, etc)
The calendar will be shown on the main dashboard with the aligned events, each event type will be shown in a different color. Event’s details could be shown after clicking on the event title

System admin could add a different type of announcements (news- promotions-etc..), and it will be shown on the main dashboard during the specified period of time that had been set by the admin.

This section allows the system admin to upload a different type of documents that are necessary to be in the employee’s profile like; cv-education certificate- etc.
In addition, Other type documents could be added to this section for instance: policies, travel request, etc.
Those documents could be shown on the main dashboard so the employees could have access to them.
